Oak Brook is a stylish and beautiful residential neighborhood three miles west of the city of Round Rock with easy access to RR620, Parmer Ln (FM734), I-35, and the regional toll road system. There are 502 homes in the subdivision, and residents enjoy some of the best schools in Texas in Round Rock ISD. Additionally, Oak Brook is close to major employers and excellent shopping in Round Rock, Cedar Park, and North Austin.
A Community Neighborhood
Oak Brook enjoys a strong sense of community with a family-oriented neighborhood, tree covered lots and gently rolling streets. It is a deed restricted neighborhood with a homeowner association that provides amenities such as a large park with a swimming pool and tennis courts.
A beautiful feature of Oak Brook neighborhood is the Fern Bluff MUD greenbelt and parks. This area features natural spring fed ponds nestled in the center of the subdivision. Paved pathways from many of the cul-de-sac streets provide access to the ponds and Olsen Meadows Park. Additionally, Oak Brook has easy access to the Brushy Creek regional hike and bike trail, which runs through the park. Furthermore, Williamson County is looking to expand the 6.75 mile long trail even further east into Round Rock.
Residents are within easy access to parks provided by Williamson County, Cedar Park, and Fern Bluff MUD. Fern Bluff MUD’s six well- maintained parks provide an exceptional outdoor lifestyle with tennis and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, picnic and party pavilions, playscapes, exercise stations and miles of hike and bike trails. In addition to the parks, the Fern Bluff MUD Community Center is a 6600 sq. foot building which is available to Oak Brook residents for special events and meetings.
